These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bvb8 ("bvb8", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bvb8 website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, payment services, and all related features and content available at bvb8.net.

By accessing the bvb8 website, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or otherwise using any feature of the bvb8 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the bvb8 platform in any capacity.

bvb8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the bvb8 platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure that you remain aware of the current Terms governing your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and bvb8.

Use of the bvb8 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which their account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age. bvb8 does not permit persons under the age of 18 to register an account, make deposits, participate in games, or place bets under any circumstances.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Any account found to belong to a player who is under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately upon discovery. One Account Rule

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active bvb8 account at any given time. Registering, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. bvb8 uses technical, financial, and identity-based monitoring to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, and any balances or winnings may be forfeited at bvb8's discretion.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bvb8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bvb8 immediately by contacting our support team. bvb8 will take appropriate steps to secure your account, which may include temporary suspension and a mandatory password reset. All activity conducted through your account prior to notification of unauthorised access remains your responsibility.

KYC Verification Requirements

bvb8 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. Verification may be requested at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, after a significant deposit or betting volume threshold is reached, or when unusual account activity is detected. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified in the verification request will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed.

bvb8 supports a range of payment methods specifically selected to serve the needs of players in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). bvb8 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Supported Payment Methods

Deposit Policy

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the deposit is made from a payment account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited. bvb8 reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account and to suspend the receiving player account pending investigation.

Funds deposited to your bvb8 account are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation of the transaction. Deposited funds may only be used for real-money gameplay on bvb8; they may not be transferred to another player's account or otherwise used outside the platform.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists as an anti-money-laundering measure and to protect players from unauthorised fund transfers. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you will be required to complete KYC verification as described in Section 3 of these Terms.

bvb8 aims to process all withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified in the table above. Processing times are indicative and may be extended during periods of high demand, during public holidays in Bangladesh, or when a withdrawal triggers additional verification requirements. bvb8 will notify you by email or SMS if your withdrawal is subject to a delay.

bvb8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between an individual promotion's terms and these general bonus terms, the individual promotion's terms will take precedence.

General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirements: All deposit bonuses and free spins winnings are subject to wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the specific offer terms. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before the bonus balance can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously will result in the forfeiture of one or more bonuses at bvb8's discretion.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the bvb8 platform contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Promotional Eligibility

Players who have set a self-exclusion or are subject to a cool-off period are not eligible to claim or receive bonus offers during that period. bvb8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, and to limit the eligibility of specific players for specific promotions.

Game Outcomes and RNG Certification

Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on bvb8 — including cricket markets for BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are subject to the specific market rules applicable to each sport and bet type. bvb8 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed on a market affected by a data error, a live odds feed disruption, or a pricing error that resulted in odds materially different from the correct market price. Voided bets are returned to the player's account as withdrawable funds. In-play bets that have already been settled at the time a void decision is made will not be reversed unless there is clear evidence of a systematic error.

Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Individual games and betting markets on bvb8 carry their own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game interface or betting market at all times. bvb8 also applies account-level betting limits to specific player accounts where responsible gaming considerations require it. Players who wish to increase their betting limits above the default account limits may submit a request to the support team, subject to bvb8's review and approval.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bvb8 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and may result in legal action being taken against you:

• Registering more than one account on the bvb8 platform, whether under your own details or under the details of another person.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with bvb8 support.
• Sharing account credentials with any other person or allowing any other person to access or use your bvb8 account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to interact with any game, betting market, or platform feature on bvb8 in a way that is not consistent with genuine personal recreational play.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors in games or betting markets to obtain an advantage not available to other players. If you discover a bug or pricing error, you must report it to bvb8 support immediately and cease the activity that triggered it.
• Collusion with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other game where player interaction is a component of the game mechanics.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the bvb8 platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Using third-party payment accounts to deposit funds into your bvb8 account.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing bvb8 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access any part of the bvb8 platform infrastructure — including servers, databases, or software — beyond your authorised player account interface.

bvb8 uses a combination of automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. We reserve the right to investigate any account at any time where there is reasonable suspicion of prohibited activity. During an investigation, the affected account may be temporarily suspended and withdrawal functionality may be disabled.

bvb8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age
• Discovery that the account holder has an active self-exclusion in place
• Detected duplicate or multiple account registration
• Chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversed transactions initiated by the account holder
• Abusive behaviour toward bvb8 staff or other players
• Technical, legal, or regulatory requirements that prevent bvb8 from continuing to service the account

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their bvb8 account voluntarily — including as a responsible gaming measure — may do so at any time by contacting bvb8 support at [email protected]. Before closing your account, you should withdraw any remaining balance. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion tool available in your account settings, which prevents re-registration as well as account closure. Effect of Account Closure

Upon account closure, bvb8 will process any remaining withdrawable balance to your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification. Any bonus balance that has not met its wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited. bvb8 will retain account records for a minimum period as required by applicable law and our internal data retention policy, which is set out in our Privacy Policy.
